Wake up with fuller, darker lashes and skip the mascara. We choose the curl, length and fullness to suit your eye shape and your natural lashes.
Pick your style
No two sets of eyes are the same, so we do not use one-size-fits-all lash maps. At your consultation we choose the curl (C, CC, D or L), the length and the fullness together.
- Classic. One extension on one natural lash. A defined, natural look, like soft mascara.
- Hybrid. A mix of classic lashes and handmade fans for a textured, wispy finish.
- Volume and mega volume. Lightweight handmade fans (3D to 10D) for a fuller, darker lash line.

What a fill schedule looks like
Here is how the first few months might look.

| When | Visit | What to choose when you book |
|---|---|---|
| Week 0 | Full set | Your style, then Full Set |
| Weeks 2–3 | Fill | Your style, then the fill option that fits how many lashes you have left |

The booking page shows the price and time for each option before you confirm. If you wait longer than 3 weeks between fills, we may need more time, so ask when you book. Our lash extension cost guide explains what changes the price.
Looking after your natural lashes
We apply each extension to one natural lash at a time. Extensions are never stuck to two neighbouring lashes. This helps avoid pulling and early fall-out.
Natural lashes shed and regrow on their own cycle, usually over several weeks. That is normal, and it is why fills matter. A fill every 2–3 weeks replaces what has shed and keeps the line full.
What to expect at your appointment
- Consultation. We look at your natural lashes and talk about the look you want.
- Mapping. We choose the curl, length and fullness to suit your eye shape.
- Application. You lie back with your eyes closed while the extensions are applied one at a time.
- Aftercare. You leave with simple tips for cleansing and brushing your lashes at home.
Plan for 1 hour 30 minutes (classic) up to 2 hours 15 minutes (mega volume). A full set adds 45 minutes.
Before and after your appointment
- Arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup.
- Tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes or recent eye procedures when you book. If you are unsure, ask your doctor first.
- Keep your lashes dry for the first 24–48 hours while the adhesive sets.
- After that, cleanse daily with a lash-safe foaming cleanser and brush gently.
Our lash aftercare guide covers the full routine.
Living with lash extensions
- Showers and workouts. After the first 24–48 hours, you can shower and exercise as usual. Rinse and cleanse afterwards.
- Steam and rubbing. Hot steam, saunas and rubbing your eyes can loosen extensions sooner.
- Makeup. Choose oil-free eye makeup and remover, and skip waterproof mascara.
- Sleeping. Sleeping on your back, or on a clean pillowcase, helps keep the lashes tidy.

Getting married?
Book your full lash set 4–5 days before the wedding, alongside your bridal nails. That leaves time for any sensitivity to settle. See our bridal timeline.
